Baby" VAUGHAN
Hello Baby is an English programme for infants
aged 1 to 3 years old. Activities, games, songs
and rhythm form part of some of the activities
which will immerse your child into a world of new
sounds. Mums, Dads and Grandparents will play

So how does it work?
The activities are organised at a time chosen by

Sensational - Rhythm and Music (English)
storytelling and games coordinated with classical music to encourage the
children to have fun in English. Ages 0-7
Our groups are small, in some of them no more than eight children, so it is possible to adapt to the needs of all the children.
Our body language is just as important as our verbal language. As many of the children in our groups do not speak the same language, we use body language to fill the gaps.
In order to process the music in our Sensational classes, we use songs where we create the rhythm, so even if you were not able to hear the rhythm you can feel and set your own.
These are out of the box activities where individual expression is encouraged, where being part of the group is important, but each child explores their own creative world in their own way. Everyone does not have to be doing it the same way in order to be an active participant in the group.
We have fun. This is something that is contagious and all children, regardless of their strengths and weaknesses, want to be a part of a good time.

The Arco Verde Studio is dedicated to teaching fine arts. One of its more interesting workshops is the children's creativity workshop for children from 5 to 11 years of age. Through techniques such as drawing with carbon, aquarelles, or pastels, it's possible to develop a child's creativity and imagination from a very early age.
Other techniques are also taught to excite even the youngest of artists such as papiroflexia (paper modelling) and comic illustrations. These workshops are carried out in small groups and reservations are necessary. The cost of the workshop includes all materials.

La Casa Encendida is an open and dynamic social and cultural centre of the Obra Social Caja Madrid (Madrid Savings Bank Friendly Society), where you can find anything from the most avant-garde art and theatre to courses and workshops on subjects like the environment or solidarity. Young Library. More than ten thousand children visit throughout the academic year, either through their educational centres, or independently. Special interest is placed on all issues relating to Interculturality, since La Casa Encendida is located on the outskirts of the Lavapiés neighbourhood, which is known for the diversity of nationalities and cultures living together there. Many of the children who attend are sons and daughters of immigrants, which is why efforts are made to provide an added service of sociocultural integration. It is in the library area in which most of the activities are organised.
