barriers that make mobility in Madrid

first of three phases of construction is already
finished, and totals 17,7 kilometers. The second
phase entails another two stretches, of a length.
The third phase will be the longest stretch of 26
kilometers. The
finished cycling path will have a total of 62
kilometers surrounding Madrid, and in the future
may run into the center of the city, and connect
with the network of cycling paths of the entire
Community of Madrid. At present, Madrid has
approximately 96 kilometers of cycling routes which
run through urban centers and green spaces, and
which, in the near future will be expanded.

At present, there is no company in our city that offers the possibility of renting bicycles next to the most emblematic Park of Madrid (El Retiro) and to the cycling lane of O’Donnell Street. In addition to renting, you can have your bike repaired, and you can buy all complements and accessories related to cycling.
Bike rental is by the hour and starts at €5 for 1 hour.

The course is typified by narrow serpentine fairways with gentle undulating levels. Many holes are fraught with ravines and tree scrub waiting to catch any wayward shots. The greens tend to be slightly elevated and small making approach shots difficult. The course is well watered where you are playing 'Dart Golf' meaning your shots stop dead where they land. This is pleasant course set in pleasant countryside surroundings, it’s not a great course but it’s not a bad one either.

This is a good solid golf course with a generous par 72 making the golf course very playable and enjoyable for all abilities. The condition of the course is well watered with a good covering of quality carpet like grass throughout the tees fairways and greens. This is not the best golf course in Madrid but certainly good enough for well traveled golfers to thoroughly enjoy.

Full kit is available for hire, and there is a 20% discount for families of 3 or more, but you must take your passport as a form of ID. To hire a complete kit for one person costs 33 euros for adults and 30 euros for children for 1 hour.

Valdesqui near Cotos has 24 slopes and usually the best snow, while Valcotos has the most attractive setting. They only speak Spanish, so you may want to get someone to help translate. Skiing conditions are generally limited; for many the main pleasure in such outings is seeing the beautiful surrounding countryside covered in a white blanket of snow.

to enter the "Polideportivos" can be excruciatingly
long and you want to avoid waiting in the blazing
Madrid sun for an hour while hearing the splashing
sounds of people enjoying themselves. To avoid this
is easy. Simply stop by any Polideportivo in the city
(there is at least one in every zone) and pick up an
“abono” (pass) - you can buy a ten-visit card for
34.80 euros. Once you have this in hand you can walk
straight to the front of the line and enter with as
many friends as you care to deduct from your pass. Be
a superhero this summer and help your friends avoid
those menacing lines.
